Student Requirements

AMP, the Advanced Manufacturing Practicum, is designed to benefit students first and foremost. We want to encourage the next generation of skilled workers to not only learn about career opportunities in the manufacturing sector, but to become involved members of their communities as well.

What Students Can Expect

  • To be learn skills they can use for the rest of their lives

  • To learn the difference between school life and work life in a supporting atmosphere

What is Expected of Students

  • You must be 16 or older
  • You must have a 2.0 or higher GPA
  • You must have and maintain a high attendance rate
  • You must pass a drug screening test
  • You must be ready to perform community service in addition to working
