Affiliate Requirements

The small businesses that register as AMP Affiliate partners don’t just provide a part-time job to a student. They are expected to become an active participant in each student’s personal development and invest in the local community.

What Affiliates Can Expect

Eager students, ready and motivated by their own drive, as well as the AMP Benefit System
Educators ready to participate and help
An established program that has all the elements they need and support they require

What is Expected of Affiliates

To train their students in various parts of their work process
To help their student learn the basics of successful work habits
To hold their students accountable, while also providing a nurturing atmosphere
To perform the reviews and other elements of the AMP program
To keep open lines of communication with the school, participants and the AMP organization
